All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will:
- Fulfil the available items; and
- Contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to:
- Wait for the item to be restocked; or
- Receive a refund for the unavailable item
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is free, unless otherwise stated on the website or quotation.
3. Delivery Areas
- We deliver within South Africa.
- Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer and may be subject to additional arrangements.
4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Dispatch Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 13:00 may be processed the next business day.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4.2 Transit Time
- Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days, depending on location.
4.3 Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Factors beyond our control

5. Change of Delivery Address
- Delivery addresses may be updated before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
6. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:
- We will notify you promptly
- You may choose a refund or backorder option
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
7.1 Damaged in Transit
- If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and notify us immediately
- If damage is discovered after delivery, report it within a reasonable time
7.2 Resolution
- We will investigate the issue with the courier
- Once confirmed, we will replace or refund the affected item
8. Risk and Delivery
- Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery
- A signature or confirmation of delivery may be required
9. VAT
- All prices displayed on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated
10. Cancellations
- Order cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy
